Jaguar Takedown Bow is a great tool for target practicing and hunting, developed by Martin Archery for beginner and intermediate archers. It has an amazing look with beautiful design that get the archers excited enough to actually pursue the sport. The Aluminum Riser has a good contrast to the overall simple design of the bow. Martin’s own patent Thermal V Grip is added to Riser in order to make a firm grip hold in certain weather conditions. It also minimizes the noise by dampening the vibration during hunting.
Martin Jaguar is 60 inche very convenient recurve bow that can be taken down for storage or for transport. Its low weight (2.7 pounds) lets you carry it all day easily. To disassemble the takedown bow, it won’t take much time-two screws and you are done. It is available in draw weights of 30, 35, 40, 45, 50 and 55 pounds offering a wide range for intended use and personal preference. With 40 pounds version, you can plan on hunting deer even at 35 yards. To hunt a bear, moose or elk, you need to cover 30 inches draw length with a 50 pound version.
Martin Jaguar is marketed at the low price levels and can be compared to more expensive models. It performs wells at target practicing and hunting. All in all, Martin Jaguar gives archers a great opportunity to get into the sport within a low price.
